What are your delivery timeframes?

We ship most of our products from Melbourne in Victoria with the following estimated delivery timeframes:. VIC: 3-8 business days. NSW, ACT, QLD & SA: 5-10 business days. WA, NT & TAS: 7-14 business days

What are your delivery fees?

We are proud to offer Free Delivery on 150+ Items Australia-wide which can be found here. We also offer Free Delivery on additional products to selected locations, otherwise we offer discounted shipping rates which are calculated at checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

We know the importance of getting your order delivered as soon as possible, so we prioritise the shipping of all orders within 1-3 business days from when your order was placed. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking info

Do you deliver from within Australia?

All products are delivered from Australian-based warehouses. We ship most of our items from Melbourne in VIC and ship some of our items from QLD.

What couriers do you use?

To ensure orders are delivered to our customers as fast and as safely as possible, we use trusted national couriers such as Australia Post, Team Global Express, Aramex, CourierPlease and others. The courier used will be confirmed when you receive you

Do you have an express delivery service?

Unfortunately we do not have an express delivery service at this time.

Can I nominate a specific delivery day or time?

As we use third-party couriers, we’re unable to arrange delivery on a specific day or time. Once your order has been dispatched, you may be able to request specific delivery instructions directly with your courier at their discretion.

What happens if I'm not home to receive my delivery?

If you miss your delivery, the courier may leave your items if there is a safe place to do so. If not, you will be notified of additional delivery or collection options either by the courier or by us.

Can I pickup my order?

Unfortunately we do not have a pickup option at this time.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

We ship within Australia only and cannot ship internationally at this time.
